The apartment was originally the quarters for domestic workers employed by the Reynolds family. It is located behind the Providence Manor House Inn on the second floor of the Gardener's office and adjacent to the Guest House. It has been completely renovated with new carpet, paint, furniture, and appliances. The apartment has 3 bedrooms: 2 double beds, 1 single bed, and 1 double bed. $175 per night with a two-night minimum stay. $800 a week for a 7-night stay. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am.
